职位描述
Automation / MES / Smart Manufacturing engineer
Automation Responsibilities:
- In charge for part or full automation / MES / smart manufacturing projects from start till end
- Responsible for the quotation after understanding the requirements from the customer
- Responsible for designing the control / MES / smart manufacturing architecture, including license list in collaboration with our suppliers.
- Responsible to make the FDS (Functional Design Specification) based on the P&ID, Instrument list and meetings with the customer
- Responsible for the programmation of the PLC
- Responsible for the design of the HMI
- Responsible for the commissioning on the site
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree, Major in Automation
- Min 2 years experience with process automation (food, pharma or chemicals)
- Min 2 years relevant programming experience with Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware, …
- Good attitude
- Workable English (at least basic communication with foreigners and ability do make the FDS in English)
- Strong interest in software
IT Technical requirements:
- Interested in programming outside school / work(e.g. Node.js/Docker/vue.js/React.js/Python/Javascript/C#/Datascience etc)
- Knows object-oriented programming
- Knows SQL-databases
- Knows how to make a user-friendly mobile app (android / ios)
- Interested in cloud-services
- Intereted in IoT
- Knowledge of some industrial engineering principles is an advantage (what is a pump, valve, P&ID, PLC, SCADA/HMI, …)
Goals:
- Implement some simple, practical applications of Industry 4.0 that can add value to the business of Actemium Shanghai (Design-Build and Automation solutions for Food, Pharma and Chemical customers)
- These solutions are preferably implemented based on existing and open standards and using existing offerings of other companies.
