Responsibilities:
? Support the operational delivery of ethical trading policies and procedures
? Advise suppliers on best practice and adherence to our ethical trading policies and procedures
? Conduct shadow audits with third parties to ensure they are conducting audits in line with our standards
? Liaise with business colleagues, service providers, ETI and other socially responsible organisations to keep abreast of changes in regulations and standards, competitor activity and similar business developments.
? Ensure that process flows that feed into Ethical are being followed. Manage and identify and drive improvements where identified
? Provide support for the wider Ethical Asia team as well as the UK ethical team
? Identify emerging labour issues and work with the Ethical Manager to develop solutions to those issues.
? Support reporting on progress against ethical trade targets and supplier compliance for the technical and trading teams
? Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and use this to drive social compliance improvements
? Monitor business use of the policies, procedures and supporting tools and regularly update to reflect changes in practice and issues
? Communicate key Ethical Trade issues to Technical and Trading teams through meetings, regular reports and presentations
? Identify, develop and manage projects to improve the working lives of workers within our supply base
? Act as a coach and leader by managing, motivating and developing the team, regularly assessing individuals’ performance and giving feedback where appropriate

Requirements:
？ At least 5 years’ experience of social compliance audit
？ Competent in analysing / interpreting social compliance audit data
？ Ability to recommend and devise improvement plans /schedules
？ Excellent communication skills at all levels, good commercial awareness
？ Familiar with local labour laws, international directives, standards, code of conduct etc. that is applicable to manufacturing in Asia
？ Experience with manufacturing practices in Asia
