职位描述
? 负责开健中国现下辖所有公司的会计核算事宜，包括凭证的复核,会计分录的编制录入；
? 负责编制并报送会计报表并协助完成内部财务报告；
? 负责开健中国现下辖所有公司的月度纳税申报包括增值税，企业所得税，营业税及其附加；
? 负责年度所得税汇算清缴工作；
? 负责就与税务局的日常沟通与协调,并处理新项目的税收优惠申请；
? 开健养老项目的发票购买/开立以及管理；
? 开健养老项目的住客合同的审核登记以及月度住客账单的复核；
? 负责每月与开健养老机构相关人员核对每个住客的帐面余额,并就欠费住客通知养老机构催收；
? 公司对外统计工作，及时上报统计报表；
? 会计凭证、各类报表打印、收集整理、装订成册、登记编号，按照《会计档案管理办法》妥善保管，并按照规定程序办理销毁报批手续；
? 协助年度审计以及其他专项审计；
? 完成公司安排的其他工作。
? 会计上岗证；
? 中级会计师；
? 本科学历。
? 五年以上财务经验。
? 基础英语沟通能力。
? 熟练运用Office软件，特别是Excel。
? 熟练运用ERP系统，如金蝶或SAP。
