Responsibility:

1. Daily AP invoice processing with 3 way match
2. T&E claim verification under Concur
3. Monthly Input VAT reconciliation file
4. GRIR clearing and open item follow up.
5. Prepare monthly closing report, for example AP aging report etc
6. Implement the SOX control, make account analysis and reconciliation in blackline system

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting/finance;

2. Familiar with MS office, better to have SAP system experience

3. 1-2 year’s AP related experience is preferred

4. Able to write and speak in English

5. Good communication skill and be able to work under pressure
