岗位名称：销售工程师
岗位职责：开拓市场，开发新客户，维护和增进已有客户关系；熟悉并能够为客户充分介绍公司产品的技术特点；制定并实施销售计划以满足业绩期望和目标；基于客户的需求及时给予销售建议；销售实施进程中各阶段管理，确保及时响应客户需求；协助收集市场信息，进行市场分析；配合财务部门进行客户信用管理；上级交代的其他工作。
岗位要求：大专以上学历，工科专业；2年以上相关工作经验；良好的沟通、表达、协调能力；积极进取，具有良好的分析能力；良好的团队合作精神；适应经常出差及不定时工作制；良好的英文表达能力。工作地点：河北/天津。

Job responsibilities: Establish, develop and maintain good customers’ relations; Deliver company’s product knowledge introduction to customers on a technical basis; Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements; Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations; Administrate all phases of sales process to insure effective and timely customer service and response; Assist collecting and analysing market information; Assist building credit management via co-work with financial department; Mission assigned by superior.
Job requirements: College degree or above, Majored in Mechanical, Automation or related; Minimum 2 years related working experience; Strong capability to capture customers’ need and manage customer relationship; Mature, aggressive, hardworking and with good analytical skill; Good team work; Willing to travel frequently and accept irregular working system; Good command of English , both in written & spoken.
