任职要求：
1、3年以上玩具产品设计工作经验，
2、敏锐的色彩的感悟能力和搭配技巧
3、玩具设计、工艺品设计等相关专业毕业
4、了解儿童玩具市场流行趋势；熟悉各种玩具安全法规
5、有英文基础，对欧美玩具设计风格有一定了解

岗位职责：
1、负责新产品的规划和研发设计
2、对现有IP形象系列玩具进行创新设计
