Our Team
The Sports Team is responsible for sourcing, translating and localizing content from official channels and creating new and original content pieces for publishing on to official Chinese Website, Weibo and WeChat accounts. Our goal is to produce amazing and unique content within the professional guidelines of the brand for best engagement in the China market. 体育组负责选取、翻译并本地化俱乐部官方渠道的内容，并发布在俱乐部的中文官网、官方微博和微信平台上。我们的目标是根据品牌的要求，创造出让人眼前一亮的内容，并且在中国市场赢得最好的互动率。

The Opportunity
It’s your job to effectively manage the official channel of the world's top 500 sports brands, with smart localization and an understanding of the Chinese sports consumer. You will be responsible for weibo and wechat content development and execution for global famous football sports brand. This is a demanding yet exciting role which constantly challenges you, therefore you are required to grasp the dynamics of football, produce high quality creativity and make social posts at various times.

Job Description 职位描述
- Create localized content, copywriting and distribution 负责内容本土化、文案撰写及发送
- Assist in weekly, monthly and seasonal content planning, reporting and tracking of performance 帮助准备周报，月报和季度内容计划，向客户进行汇报及对表现的追踪。
- Social media campaign creative idea contribution, documentation & execution. 社会化媒体活动创意提供，内容创作和执行
- Manage the Brand’s online community for brand image and general follower support 管理品牌在线社区，品牌形象，和粉丝支持
- Collect key data and statistics of the digital sports branding promotion 收集并整理体育品牌的线上推广数据和统计
- Communicate updates and status reports to Account Manager as to the overall performance 更新信息和状态报告给客户经理



Requirements 岗位要求
- Minimum 2 year of social media, website or professional writing experience (Journalism degree a plus) 2年以上社交媒体策划、网站编辑工作经验或者相关专业经验（新闻相关专业优先）
- Excellent reading & writing skills in both Chinese and English 优秀的中英文读写能力
- Advanced knowledge of digital media, marketing and general industry熟知数字媒体，市场营销和基本行业知识
- Passion for Sports and Sports field knowledge, especially football related 对于体育相关行业充满热情, 具有体育相关领域知识,尤其是足球相关的内容
- Strong knowledge of athletic wear, sneakers, apparel, especially in the football and lifestyle category 对体育运动品牌有丰富的知识储备，特别是对足球和运动休闲品类的了解。
- Preferable heavy social media user (Wechat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram etc.) 重度社交媒体使用者优先
- Good planning and people skills 良好的计划和人际协调能力
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese 良好的中英文沟通能力
- Assertiveness, responsiveness and great attention to detail 自信，负责，细心
