Associate Product Manager-Retail New Channel, Faucets

BASIC FUNCTIONS

Be responsible for developing channel strategy and marketing program for in-depth product promotion with focus on Retail/New Channel. Be responsible for implementing the marketing program and achieving the sales target in line with the category objective. He/she is also to work closely with all Kohler China departments including Sales, A&P, Technical Support, Accounting, and CCSC.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Develop both long-term and short-term marketing plans for assigned product lines in the related channel. Incorporate sales, advertising, research and promotional efforts required to meet current and projected market objectives.

？ Prepare annual marketing plans for assigned products, including market strategy, incentive promotions, sales forecast, projected market penetration, and budget estimates.

？ Develop innovative and effective marketing tools to promote products in the showroom, outdoor and other potential channels.

？ Provide Advertising & Publications Manager and Promotions Manager with information to guide production of product literature and promotional activities.

？ Develop and present sales training programs for internal sales and distributor as well as product presentation for interior designers and developers through co-work with Trade Marketing team.

？ Coordinate the development of effective packaging, installation instructions, product offerings, products displays and field activities for retail promotion.

Collect and analyze market information for product team to respond to the customer needs promptly and build the market data warehouse for future strategy development.

Skills/Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Marketing working experience for at least 10 years, with solid Marketing background and trade marketing experience is highly preferred. Experience in Bath and kitchen facility or FMCG background would certainly be a plus.

• This person should be aggressive, with strong ownership, strong communication and influence power, convincible, creative, resourceful and commercial sense and analytical skill

• Well experienced with adequate MS office software

• Acknowledge a satisfactory written & spoken English level
