招聘要求
1、 年龄20-28岁；大专及以上学历；有1年以上电话销售工作经验
2、 普通话标准；口齿清晰；声音富有感染力；有良好的语言表达能力
3、 品行端正；有良好的职业道德；富有工作激情和积极的工作心态
4、 学习、思考能力强；善于分析产品的卖点和顾客的需求；并具备良好的沟通把握能力
5、 热爱销售；有良好的心理素质；富有团队精神；能承受一定的工作压力
6、 对互联网较为了解，玩过微博，熟悉办公软件操作。
