职位描述

ROLE:
Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company products to Southern China based customers. Focus on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Lead the sales and market development activities to promote growth of the business for assigned accounts and territories.
? Foster and grow the appropriate business relationships both internally and externally.
? Develop and implement aggressive sales plans at the territory and account level.
? Effectively communicate with internal R&D, Marketing, and Operations group.
? Develop, negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements.
? Create and implement account plans that are well aligned with the business strategy.
? Comply with administrative requirements (call reports, forecasting, expense reports, etc.).
? Represent Lubrizol at trade shows, conferences, and at local industry association, demand planning, and regional marketing meetings.
? Engage closely with Marketing to identify and evaluate new, high value opportunities.
? Develop and manage annual territory budget.
? Manage lead distributor partner.
? Identify and evaluate market opportunities to be able to enter new and growing applications, identify and support the launch of new products.
 
REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):
? Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional sales experience.
? Strong knowledge of the personal & home care industry. Technical / formulating experience is preferred.
? External customer relations experience in sales, customer service, or technical service.
? Willing and be able to travel 60% of the time (3 days per week on average).
? Tactical and strategic thinking and business acumen skills.
? Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
? Excellent interpersonal abilities and a strong drive for results.
? Demonstrated successes in implementing new product, solution, technology and value selling programs.
? Good written and oral proficiency in English / Mandarin.
