1. Sales

> Develop new customers and find out engineering solution cases

开发新的客户及齿轮工程解决方案

> Execute assigned sales plan and take actions for achievements

执行并达成销售计划

> Expand the sales with high profit by current customers

在现有客户基础上扩大销售利润、增加项目

> Receive RFQ and issue quotations by coordination with internal staff and approval of management

接收报价并根据管理层指示协调

> Maintain good business relationship with customers

与客户发展良好的业务关系

> Coordinate with local and global solution center for customer developments

与本土及全球技术中心合作开发新客户

> Handle & review customers' contact or agreement together with HQ local dept.

与当地团队合作处理客户合同

> Negotiate with customers about yearly cost down and other commercial terms

参与客户公司谈判

Basic Qualification

1. College degree or above

   大学本科或以上学历

2. More than 3 years sales or sales admin experience with preferably injection modling industry

   3年以上销售或销售行政经验，注塑行业优先

3. Skilled in use of Microsoft office systems

   熟练使用办公软件

4. Good communication of Japanese.

   日语流利

5. Project management experience
