Job Title： Project Designer  项目设计师        

Department：Retail Development Department            

Reporting to：Senior Retail Development Manager

Subordinates: No. 

Location：Shanghai

Objective

Project Design of Natuzzi Italia Stores according to the brand guideline and local business development plan; supervise the onsite construction of the new & upgrade stores and make sure the on time delivery of the new stores.

Main Responsibilities    

Natuzzi Italia New Store or Store Refit Project: 

·         Store venue check and preliminary measuring; Site information submit and technical brief preparation; 

·         Store CAD layout, elevation and other technical document, construction drawings and final project preparation; 

·         Store layout modification and adjustment after checking with Natuzzi Spa; 

·         NDS Modification & Order handling; 

·         Store on-site construction coordination and supervision; 

·         Store final handover with FOS/DOS Team; 

·         Store timely repair and partially refit etc.;

·         DOS daily maintance and modification.

Annual Trade Fair Project:

Other temporary task may appointed by the Line Manager, not limit to office adjustment and maintance, marketing events, DOS/FOS temporary display.

  

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in interior and commercial space design;
2. Hands on deco materials knowledge;
3. Good command of Auto CAD and other interior design softwares
4. Photo shop & Sketch rendering skills are preferred;
5. Holder of Project Management Certificate is preferred;
6. At least 10 years private and commercial interior desgin and project implementation related working experience;
7. Good command of English both in written and spoken;
8. Good communication skill and open mined;
9. Be able to travel frequently;
