Business Need工作需要

1、Organize shop floor production to meet on-time delivery requirements, maintain production quality and control production cost. 组织生产以达到准时交付,提高质量及控制生产成本.

2、Work with Engineering staff to efficiently transition new work into the factory and schedule trial production on new parts. 对新件的引入有效地与工程师合作,并计划新引进零件的试生产

Key responsibilities&specific accountabilities关键职责与技能要求

  

• Predict the resources requirement according to the long term production capacity analysis.

  根据对长期的产能分析预测资源需求.

• Follow ISO9000 quality system requirement s to plan and organize daily/weekly/monthly shop floor production to meet on-time delivery requirements

  按ISO9000质量体系的要求计划各组织每天/每周/每月的车间生产以达到准时交付的要求

• Ensure all production operators to follow EHS, quality and engineering instructions when performing work

  确保所有的操作工在作业时遵循EHS,质量及工程指令的要求

• Coordinate with Engineering and other supporting departments on production supporting activities to get production and pre-production problems solved in time

  协调工程及其他生产支持部门来及时解决生产过程中的问题

• Setup and maintain all operators training/qualification/performance metrics

  建立和维护所有操作工的培训/认证/业绩表

• Setup and maintain and continuously reducing production cycle time and setup time

  建立和维持Setup及运行时间不断改善

• Setup and maintain and continuously improve parts production cost-reduction

  持续降低产品的生产成本

• Drive for operator’s direct and active involvement of various safety, quality, cost and production efficiency improvement initiatives within and outside Production area

  积极鼓励操作工参与生产区域内外的相关安全,质量,成本各生产效率的改善活动

• Follow up position safety requirement.Attend EHS training timely.Attend accident investigation if required.Support shop CI project if needed.

• 遵守岗位安全要求，接受安全培训，参与事故调查，协助现场安全改善项目

                                                               

• Other tasks assigned by line manager
• 完成部门领导安排的临时性工作

Education or experience（教育和经验）

  

• College degree or above in a related discipline and five years of directly related experience (with at least two years of supervisory experience).

  大专及以上学历,5 年相关工作经验(至少两年主管工作经验)

• Must be knowledgeable in manufacturing theories, processes and procedures

  有机械理论,工序,流程的知识

• Must be able to review and interpret engineering drawings and M.O.T’s.

  必须能读懂和解释图纸和MOT

• Ability to motivate and provide positive reinforcement of employee performance and behaviors

  能鼓励员工不断提高业绩及行为表现

• Demonstrated ability to apply technical and human relation skills, including administering discipline

  良好的技术及人际关系,包括纪律的执行

• Knowledge of SPC, lean manufacturing principles and defect reduction desired.

  有相关统计过程控制,精益制造原则及缺陷降低的知识更佳.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin Chinese

  能熟练的用英语和中文交流

• Must be strong at teamwork skills and abilities
