职位描述
岗位职责:
全面负责公司群脉SCRM产品的销售工作:
1. 根据产品经营战略与规划,制定整体销售策略与销售计划;
2. 落实、开展全年销售计划,搭建、拓展销售渠道,完成团队业绩目标,并确保回款情况良好;
3. 持续开拓目标大客户,根据客户需求制定销售方案;
4. 持续维护与加深既有客户合作关系,并挖掘新的销售商机;
5. 建立与渠道、合作方沟通机制,维护渠道和合作方的业务关系,推进业务顺利开展;分析市场需求和销售前线反馈,对产品及流程的优化与业务拓展提供建议;
6. 负责销售团队的组建、培训、管理,带领团队完成销售任务。
职位要求:
1. 具备8年以上销售及团队管理经验,熟悉市场调查和企业分析,挖掘潜在合作方,有大客户开发和维护经验;
2. 具有SCRM、CRM、互动营销、O2O等行业的销售经验,有行业资源,特别在数字化领域具有一定的客户基础优先;
3. 具备较强的客户公关能力、优秀的谈判能力和沟通技巧,能发现和挖掘目标客户需求与公司产品价值吻合的商机,挖掘客户需求痛点、竞争对手(产品、客情等)和客户反馈方面的准确信息,提出并制定解决方案;
4. 拥有优秀的团队建设及管理能力,能承受一定的工作压力,适应出差。
5. 薪资构成:基本薪资+福利津贴+福利费+销售提成+费用津贴
