Role & Responsibilities/岗位职责
- Review the customer requests and initial the new product/drawing feasibility evaluation on the basis of cost, production/technology feasibilities.
  接收销售部提出的客户问询，组织评审小组评估新产品、新图样的技术要求，进行成本、生产、技术可行性报告。
- Lead the new product introduction to the trial/first production to provide the new product preparation by team work(with production/quality engineers).
  与生产工艺工程师、质量工程师紧密结合，及时完成新产品、新图样的技术方案准备，与生产计划员紧密结合，对新产品的导入进行主导。
- Support planner to handle the pre-material preparation, process availability, quality status and coordinate the production schedule based on the preparations.
  协助计划员对各环节的进度物料供应、工艺组织布置、品质状况跟踪落实，依据生产计划的完成情况、采购物资供应情况，合理调整生产计划达成出货要求 。
- Support the planning process and measure the processes for the key performance indexes: on-time delivery, material yield, capacity utilizations and so on.
  协助计划员管理生产过程，分析并改进准时交货率、材料利用率、设备综合效率等关键绩效。
- Monitor the capacities, associate the planner to adjust capacity allocation and pursue the high capacity utilization, low resources consumption and low total production cost.
  配合计划员分析产能计划，灵活调度部分生产过程，有效利用产能，节约各项资源，降低制造成本。

Quality & Background/岗位要求
- College degree or above, majored in Engineering
  大专或以上学历，工科类专业.
- 2 years‘ working experience on fabricating, machining
  2年以上钣金、机械加工或工程设计的工作经验
- Willing to learn, adaption to new work flow and good attitude to improvements.
