ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 职责

1. 为气体探测仪器的嵌入式软件和生产系统软件编制TEST CASE， 包括大型和复杂软件系统以及黑箱测试；
2. 编制验证和回归测试计划；
3. 根据MRS和SRS编制SQA测试计划；<®xml:namespace prefix="o">
4. 执行SQA测试并确保其结果符合项目、任务的质量，时间和成本目标；
5. 与软件/硬件设计工程师/生产工艺工程师在共同工作，解决技术问题和项目方案
6. 创建和维护测试标准、流程、指导书和标准并保证其一致性；
7. 创建和维护SQA测试设备、工具、软件并保证其可用性和质量；
8. 与ISC全球SQA团队建立联系，在作业方法、流程和方法，文件和系统层面协调一致；
9. 与外部的合作伙伴/供应商合作外发的SQA测试任务并确认其结果符合目标；
10. 支持研发团队的日常工作， 包括新产品研发， VAVE和产品维护， 包括但不限于文件和CAD图纸， 嵌入式软件/生产系统软件的开发和维护，工程更改的验证和测试，方案和问题解决；
11. 工程系统和SQA文件的创建和维护，包括Windchill, JAMA, JIRA等；
12. FBS工具的日常应用和持续KAIZEN

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Non-Negotiable): 要求

1. 大学本科学历， 电子电气、电气工程、计算机，软件等专业
2. 三年以上设计和研发工作经验，在SQA或软件验证方面
3. 有系统集成测试，缺陷管理和方案等经验；
4. 通信协议的基础知识和搭建测试环境能力， GPIB, RS232, IRDA, USB等
5. 文件编写熟练，包括MS-office, 图纸， PPT等
6. 英语和普通话读写熟练

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED (Negotiable):

1. 有嵌入式软件编译和编程, C, C++, JavaScript, labView and IDE(eg: IAR, labview, Visual Studio)使用经验者；
2. Agile SCRUM环境下的使用经验；
3. 工程类文件系统使用(e.g. Windchill, Jama, Jira)
4. 在气体探测和仪器行业的工作经验
5. 有项目管理技巧

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 职责

1. Development, build SQA Test Cases for validation of Embedded Firmware and Internal Application Software in large-scale, complex software system, write Black Box Test Case for Gas Detection Instrument;
2. Build Verification and Regression Test Plan.
3. Create SQA test plan according to MRS and SRS;
4. Executing SQA test plan and ensure its result to meet project/task objective in quality, schedule and cost;
5. Working with Software/Instrument Design Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer on technical related to problem solving and project solution
6. Develop and maintain test standard, procedure, instruction/criteria and ensure their consistence.
7. Create and maintain SQA test facility, tools, software and ensure their available and quality;
8. Connection with ISC Global Software Quality Team for workmanship, process and method, tools and software, document and system sync and alignment;
9. Work with external partner/supplier for outsourced SQA task and validate deliverable result on track
10. Supporting Engineering daily work in New Product Development, VA/VE and Sustaining, include but not limited in Documentation and AutoCAD drawing, Firmware/Internal Application Software development and sustaining, Engineering Change verification and test as solution or troubleshooting.
11. Engineering system and SQA documents creation and maintenance in Windchill, JAMA, JIRA, etc…
12. Drive and attend Kaizen and Fortive Business System practice as daily basis, to stretch personal/team performance and objective

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Non-Negotiable): 要求

1. Bachelor degree in Electronic and Electrical, Electrical Engineering, Computer or Software;
2. Minimum 3 years working experience of Design Engineering job in Software Quality Assurance or Software Validation;

1. Experience with system integration testing across product lines, defect management and resolution
2. Basic knowledge with GPIB, RS232, IRDA, USB communication protocol and be able to set up test environment for those communications

1. Documentation capability in MS- office, Drawing, Presentation
2. Good communication skill in both Oral and Written in Chinese ( Mandarin) and English

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED (Negotiable):

1.     Capability of Embedded software debug and coding, C, C++, JavaScript, labView and IDE(eg: IAR, labview, Visual Studio)

1. Experience in an Agile SCRUM environment
2. Experience with Engineering System (e.g. Windchill, Jama, Jira)

4.     Prefer to Gas Detection, Instrument working experience

5.     Project management skill
