Principal Duties / Responsibilities

Demand Planning:

• Prepare the forecast cycle to get all the new part number loaded in the system.

• In close coordination with the Sales & Marketing team you deliver the monthly forecast in time and as accurate as possible

• Analyze data and correct the forecast where needed weekly/monthly as required.

• Monitoring the order book development against forecast and provide an updated netted forecast to the supply planning team

• Explain the forecast, order book development and changes to the operational team via JOLT meetings.

• Measure the forecast accuracy, explain/discus with the sales and factory teams and put corrective actions in place

• Bring the current demand planning process to a higher level by driving process improvements.

S&OP Planning:

• The S&OP planner is making the master plan and is controlling and tuning the execution according the plan with internal team and external suppliers

• Collecting and analyzing the demand plan from demand planning team

• Translate the demand plan into a supply plan, supplier forecast by using LP solvers (optimization)

• Coordinate and communicate the monthly capacity checks / forecast sharing with suppliers and planning/operation team.

• Reviewing on a weekly base if the orders are in line with the S&OP number and take corrective actions.

• Preparing weekly JOLT package & the monthly S&OP package.

• Knowledge pertaining to order confirmation logic in SAP, manage order management relationship with Customer Service Representative, Product line inventory Mgmt.

• Subcontractor management to ensure deliverables to meet company revenue plan

Minimum Qualifications

MUST

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Mathematics with 5 years of experience OR

Master’s Degree with min. 3 years working experience in Sales and Operation planning, Master Planning, Production Planning/Materials Planning preferably in a B2B Semiconductor/ Electronic Industry.

WANT

1. Familiar with SAP/MRP ERP and Tableau Reports. Advanced level skills in Excel, PowerPoint will be required.

2. Previous experience with using Demand planning systems like Oracle Demantra will be a plus.

3. Attentive to details and highly analytical combined with a good business acumen

4. Familiar with Inventory Management concept, plans and strategies.

5. Good communication, assertiveness and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

6. Demonstrate strategic thinking, detailed execution, have high team enthusiasm, and with LEAN thinking.

7. Self-motivated organizer who can work independently, multi-tasking, eager to learn and positive thinking.

8. Able to drive and coordinate on key issues across a global, multidisciplinary and culturally diverse organization.

9. Carry and execute to an improvement mindset and a strong drive to help us bringing the demand planning process to the next level.

10. Understands and execute to both in-house and external Subcon planning.

11. Functional Knowledge and work experience with an Optimization Solver is a big plus.
