Responsibility
? Lead development of the strategic plan including key strategic initiatives , financial forecast, and follow-through to ensure that strategic priorities is well understood and executed
? Responsible for business development (incl. M&A, in-and out-licensing, JV, green field investment, market analysis, opportunity evaluation, business forecast, due diligence, etc.) and new product planning for internal pipeline products
? Working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Medical teams to evaluate business development opportunities
? Potential business partner research and screening
? Market analysis on the products, including pricing, competition, regulation, market trend, P&L, etc
? Oversee day-to-day operations with outsourced partners, including budget planning, payments, logistics, supply, production etc.
? Maintain the good relationship with business partners

Requirement
? Bachelor’s degree major in pharmacy, clinical medicine or related field in preferred
? 3 or more years of full-time experience in healthcare industry including 2 years in corporate business development area
? Familiar with the China pharmaceutical Industry
? Excellent commercial sense and strong financial knowledge
? Excellent verbal and writing English skills
