MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Plan and organize at least 50 rounds IT knowledge training to Headquarter and Branch office customers.
? Ensure IT training to deliver to customer on schedule.
? Manage IT training web site to ensure the training material is always updated.
? As training service owner manage and develop training web site to adapt IT training service management approach.
? Collect customers' requirements from different channel and give customer feedback according to IT training plan and budget.
? Prepare necessary training resource to ensure the training service running well, such as, reserve meeting room, prepare training device and other material, book trainer time...
? Working closely with operation team and project team ensure training service can reflect Novartis IT deliver service.
? Establish good communication channel with sales admin and department assistant and ensure the IT training service can deliver to customer on schedule.
? Regularly do training survey and provide training service improvement suggest or proposal.
Background and Capacity
? Computer scientist graduated
? At least 2 years working experience as a training assistant.
? Fluent communication in English
? SharePoint web-site maintenance knowledge
