Provide qualified and timely technical support and supervise individual warranty claim to local dealers/OEM customers to make a satisfied after-sales service:

• Provide daily technical service support for local dealer, travelling down to solve the typical field problems if needed;

• Give technical service training for dealer/OEM serviceman on-site to improve service capability;

• Submit local warranty claim report on monthly basis and deal with individual warranty claim case under technical service superior’s support to improve warranty claim KPIs continuously

• Summarize and Analysis field failures sharing with Quality team/Parts team to have a quality improvement eventually.

  Other Support:

• Collect competitor’s service information from dealers/OEM customers and share with internal department.
