Duty and responsibility:
1. Verifying payments to ensure the compliance of company policies and local regulations
2. Checking PO and posting invoices into SAP
3. Cash management in a proper and secure manner
4. Processing payments and reimbursements
5. Properly handling forex transaction in accordance with SAFE regulations
6. Tracking and auditing the expenses such as utilities, gasoline card and ETC card
7. Prepare cash and bank journal as well as account reconciliation
8. Checking bank transaction to inform other functions when required
9. Timely filling of the accounting documents
10. Preparing weekly cash position report
11. Performing stocktaking and assets counting on a regular basis
12. Other works assigned by accounting manager


Education, Skills and Experience:
1. Colleague degree with major in finance, accounting or related fields
2. Integrity, positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, professional and detail oriented
3. Good English skills in reading and writing
4. Good communication skills and team work spirit
5. Good computer skill and proficient in Excel
