1.Internal trainer - train people at all level for JPS methods.
内部培训师 - 负责给各层次的员工进行永恒力生产系统精益生产方法的培训；
2.Internal consultant - coordinate lean production projects and activities.
内部顾问 - 协调精益生产项目和活动；
3.Lead and participate continuous improvement activities to support company objective of SQDC.
领导及参与持续改善活动，支持公司实现安全、质量、成本，出货等方面 的目标；
4.Support shop floor in the implementation of improvement efforts during and after kaizen events.
在改善活动中及之后，支持生产线的持续改善；
5.Lead cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and track waste and cost reduction opportunities.
领导跨部门小组去发现、实施及跟踪减少浪费和降低成本的机会；
6.Continuously improve JPS audit score every year.
持续改善每年的JPS审核成绩；
7.Other tasks assigned by superior.
主管要求的其它任务。
任职要求：
 1.Bachelor degree or above with major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
本科或者以上学历，工业工程或者机械工程专业；
2.Minimum 3~5 years related working experience in lean production.
至少3~5年精益生产相关工作经验；
3.Strong understanding of Lean principles and how to apply them in a production environment.
对精益生产有极强的理解力及应用能力；
4.Ability to teach lean principles, concepts and methods.
有能力对团队其他成员就精益生产原则、概念及其方法进行培训；
5.Must have lean logistic experience, such as just in sequence, Kanban, milk run etc.
必须有精益物流的经验，比如按准时化顺序供应、看板、循环取货等；
6.Good written and spoken English, German is preferred.
良好的中英文书写口头表达能力，会德语优先；
7.Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
熟练操作MS Word, Excel和PowerPoint等软件
