任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，建筑学或室内设计等相关专业；
2. 二年以上建筑制图相关工作经验，熟悉建筑领域的各项专业。
3. 绘图速度快，理解力强，对专业知识有较强的钻研精神；
4. 具有较强的本专业设计技能，熟悉使用AUTOCAD, Photoshop, 3D, Sketch up等相关专业软件。
5. 敬业踏实，善于沟通，有良好的职业素质和团队合作精神，责任心强。

岗位职责：
1. 依据工程现场的勘察、调查依据，组织完成建筑设计方案和施工图设计，优化方案设计；
2. 根据项目需要，参加专业会议，协助修改、完善、优化各类图纸，参与项目的深化设计；
3. 根据定向图纸，提供项目初期的人工预算和材料预算。
4. 进行施工图纸的交底工作，并根据要求进行现场检查。
5. 完成主管领导交办的其他工作；

S+E CHINA was set up in Shanghai, China in 2005 by the well-known German engineering company group SIEGLE+EPPLE, which was founded in 1922 in Stuttgart, Germany. In 2009 S+E CHINA joined the enterprise group JBH HOLDING. S+E CHINA is specialized in project handlings service such as turn-key contracting, general contracting, planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and management in China. S+E CHINA works with related authorities in many regions in China closely. In the past years S+E CHINA has achieved many difficult and challenging industrial projects, from mechanical manufactories to complex hi-tech factories for the local and global clients in China.
After the successful completion of the project by VW Shanghai in 1999 S+E CHINA has achieved further more industrial projects for some well-known international clients in China. That urges S+E CHINA to be in a unique position in China with in-house capability to provide clients with “full service” solutions, specialized in clean room technology and other related process utilities. S+E CHINA is made up of a professional project handlings team for planning, design, construction and management including senior engineers, project managers, budgeting and commercial specialists, EHS engineers, site supervisors and etc..
