Position Summary
 This position will be mainly responsible for daily reporting、expat service and HR issues

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Handle expat’s visa and work permit application and coordinate housing and moving issues
2. Responsible for update and maintenance of HR reports
4. Manage monthly attendance report and record
5. Manage all kinds of benefits
6. Manage new hire and quit process
6. Provide HR admin issues

Requirements & Qualification:
1. 1+ year HR related working experience is preferred
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in both English and Mandarin
3. Good at excel and data analysis skills
4. Strong sense of responsibilities
5. Integrity and high sense of confidentiality
6. Fresh graduates with HR, Marketing and English major can be accepted
