BLUE ICE TRADING (SHANGHAI) CO. LTD is the sole distributor of PETZL in China.

PETZL is a world leading manufacturer of innovative solutions for activities in vertical and dark environments. The products range include climbing gear, caving gear, work-at-height & safety equipment, headlamps. Headquartered in France, the company was created by the cave explorer Fernand Petzl in the mid-1970s to serve the community as well as his passion: exploration.
Today, PETZL continues to invent products and provides solutions that allow sports enthusiasts and professionals to access some of the most inaccessible places. In addition to its products, PETZL provides an array of technical information & training modules.

To help develop the visibility of PETZL in China, BLUE ICE TRADING is looking to hire a:

CommunicationManager– PETZL brand

THE ORGANISATION:
The CommunicationManager will be based at BLUE ICE TRADING office in Shanghai,China. She/He will directly report to the CEOof BLUE ICE TRADING and will regularly interact with the Brand & Communication and Sales team of PETZL in France.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Communication strategy& planning: Build a communication strategy to develop the visibility of PETZL all over China, online and offline, in relation with the Marketing team and the CEO. Prepare and regularly update the communication & marketing plan with the rest of the team. Prepare a corresponding budget and ensures all the actions remain within the budget decided.
? Brandimage management: Ensures the coherence of PETZLbrand image and communication in China with the rest of the world. Analyze the way PETZL brand is perceived in China, improve it and help develop positive relationships with our customers.
? Social media & onlinecommunication management:Develop PETZL’s visibility online through existing channels (WeChat, Weibo, website, etc.) or with new channels. Ensures a fast & qualitative response rate for any online inquiry. Create and manage a network of online KOL. Organize and launch online marketing & communication campaigns to support the launch of products, events and other offline actions. Gather data and prepare regular reports about the evolution of PETZL’s presence online.
? Online sales management:Help reinforce and organize our network of online dealers. Develop our TMALL flagship store visibility and help grow our online sales.
?Offline communication management: Develop and spread efficient offline communication
tools (posters, merchandizing, …). Improve our visibility in stores & other points of sales.
? Reporting: Regularly report to the CEO of BLUE ICE TRADING and to the PETZL team in France with accurate data.

YOUR PROFILE:
? Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing
? Strong & proven experience in digital marketing & communication (WeChat, Weibo,…)
? Experienced with online sales channels and online sales management (Tmall, Taobao,…)
? 5 years minimumexperience in working in a communication or/and a marketing agency for international brands
? Experienced in building communication & marketing plans
? Rigorous and organized, able to build and follow a detailed budget
? Fluent in English and in Mandarin is a must
?Knowledge/experienceof the outdoor industry or/and personal protective equipment (PPE) industry would be an advantage
? Autonomous, creative, professional with excellent communication skills
? Trustworthy, rigorous and long-term mindset

CommunicationManager将设在中国上海的BLUE ICE TRADING办事处,将直接向BLUE ICE TRADING的首席执行官报告,并定期与法国PETZL的品牌传播和销售团队进行互动。

您的责任:

?沟通战略与规划:建立沟通策略,在市场营销团队和首席执行官的线上和线下发展全中国PETZL的知名度。准备和定期更新与其他团队的沟通和营销计划。准备相应的预算,并确保所有的行动都在决定的预算范围内。
?品牌形象管理:确保PETZLbrand在中国的形象和传播与世界其他地方的一致。分析PETZL品牌在中国的发展方向,改进并帮助发展与客户的积极关系。
?社交媒体和在线交流管理:通过现有渠道(微信,微博,网站等)或通过新渠道在线发展PETZL的知名度。确保任何在线查询的快速和定性的回应率。创建并管理在线KOL的网络。组织和推出在线营销和宣传活动,以支持产品,活动和其他离线活动的发布。收集数据并准备定期报告PETZL在线状态的变化。
?在线销售管理:帮助加强和组织我们的在线经销商网络。开发我们的TMALL旗舰店的知名度,并帮助增加我们的在线销售。
?离线通信管理:开发和传播高效的离线通信
工具(海报,商品...)。提高我们在商店和其他销售点的知名度。
?报告:定期向BLUE ICE TRADING首席执行官和法国PETZL团队报告准确的数据。

你的个人资料:
?传播或营销硕士学位
?在数字营销和沟通领域拥有丰富的实践经验(微信,微博,...)
?有在线销售渠道和在线销售管理经验(天猫,淘宝,...)
?在国际品牌沟通或/和营销机构工作5年以上
?有建立沟通和营销计划的经验
?严谨有组织,能够建立并遵循详细的预算
?流利的英语和普通话是必须的
?户外行业或/和个人防护设备(PPE)行业的知识/经验将是一个优势
?自主,创意,专业,具有良好的沟通技巧
