JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述
1.Optimize the test methods for PE lambda, like reflection, tansmission, polarization testament, etc.
优化PE lambda的测试方法，如反射、透射，偏振的测量等
2.Optimize Trioptics OptiSpheric system measurement methods.
优化Trioptics OptiSpheric系统的测量方法
3.Setup other measurement method, like spectrum test using CCD spectrometers
建立其他测量方式，如使用CCD光谱仪的光谱测量
4.Communicate with vendors on some quality issues, like surface quality, wavefront distortion, glass material, coating bandwidth, etc. Help vendors analyze the fail reasons.
与供应商沟通质量问题，如表面光洁度、波前畸变、镜片材料和膜层带宽等，帮助供应商分析问题原因
5.Experience working within multi-disciplinary engineering teams
具备在多学科的工程团队内的工作经验
6.Appreciation of photonics market sector and associated optical products
评价光学主要市场和相关光学产品

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1.A Master degree in optical engineering or related fields.
硕士学历，光学工程或相关专业
2.3 years or more experience in optics
3年以上光学经验
3.Strong knowledge in optical measurement methods, like transmission, reflection, EFFL, wavefront distortion，parallelism, prism angle test.
熟练掌握光学测量方法，如透射、反射、EFFL、波前畸变、平行度、棱镜角度测量等
4.Strong knowledge in optical specs, like surface quality, centration, etc.
熟悉光学参数，如表面光洁度、偏心等
5.Strong knowledge in optical glasses, optic coating, cementing etc.
熟悉光学镜片，光学镀膜，胶合等
6.Experience in optical lab and optical setup and mechanical measurement and Solid works is preferred
具备光学实验室和光学参数设置及机械测量与Solid works经验者优先
7.Experience in Zemax will be better.
具备Zemax经验者优先
