JOB DIMENSIONS
? Provide business analysis for AP OSS product line from portfolio perspective with focus on financials including but not limited to project pricing, material cost, labor cost, manufacturing overhead, hence to seek profitability improvement opportunities of each portfolio;
? Establish connections and analysis system between the actual financial performance of each manufacturing plant and project’s profitability management from CQA to gate reviews based on comprehensive understanding of plant financials in ERP system and business case financials of ZF TRW.;
? Support Finance managment to review and set up key assumptions of each portfolio in CQA financials, to ensure CQA case is built up at financially acceptable base.
? Collect project’s CQA financials and maintain a tractable financial database for each awarded project of each portfolio;
? Maintain and periodical report of the CQA commercial finance analysis results and review;
? Support product line strategic plan and actions by providing financial analysis and relevant cash flow analysis, which may include Make vs. Buy, strategical pricing analysis based on financial KPIs.
? Support annual OPSP preparation and review from portfolio’s business and financial analysis wise.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Solid understanding on product line finance statements and support team alignment.
? Focus on financial performance of each portfolio, Managment Profit,ROAE and cash-flow, provide finance support to product line’s strategy development for profitable growth of the business,
? Thorough financial analysis on key product line strategy and action plans.

ACTIVITIES
?？ Understand product’s cost structure as well as manufacturing process, including all robust elements of product line’s profitability management;
?？ Collect product line solid business data of Asia Pacific region and conduct financial analysis for Strategic Actions Plans (SAPs) of the OSS portfolio
?？ Plant on-site review and understanding of financial statement
?？ Review key assumptions of each PL in CQA financials and get alignments with finance team;
?？ Product line financial data analysis, ex: material costs, conversion costs, key assumptions in costs, so that to identify PL profitability improvements opportunities;
?？ Collect project CQA financials and maintain PL portfolio projects financial database;
?？ Maintain and periodical report of the CQA commercial finance analysis results and review.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Good project financial skills, understanding and capability on how to reflect business in financials;
? Ability to work cross-functionally;
? Team player;
? Business level English language ability;
? Bachelor’s degree level education or equivalent;
? ＞4 years overall experience;
? Product knowledge, project management skills
