Operational work: :
Regular Daily HR work
- Recruiting, assist the intern recruiting. CV screen, first round interview.
- Maintain the employee list and other documents
- Update and calculate attendance record
- Manage the orientation for interns
- Assist to prepare the work permit for expect
- Other related HR works


Requested competencies:
General:
- Result and customer oriented
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility with integrity and trust
- Ability to progress autonomously and strong learning ability
- Collaborative sense
- Cross cultural Sensitivity with proficiency in English as well as Mandarin

Human Resources specific
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or related field is a plus
- Planning skill with a good sense of quality acumen
- Developing and motivating others
