BASIC FUNCTIONS

Under the supervision of HR Mgr-Training, ASPAC Corp Services, this position is responsible for all training support work and Communication for Kohler Asia Corporate Services.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

? Follow Training SOP to provide training support including
? Pre-training support: deeply involve in training needs analysis, build annual training plan, manage training team travel plan and budget, programs communication, nomination and promotion, external vendor pool management, and lead admin or HR intern to do logistics arrangement like training venue set-up, training materials preparation etc.
? In-training support: as Certified DDI facilitator and internal trainer, deliver more than 10 topics including DDI modules and programs designed internally like NHO, Emotional Intelligence, Presentation Skill and TTT etc. Moreover, design some basic programs for professionals, like Business Writing
? Post-training support: training record keeping, training evaluation results analysis, follow-up key programs for behavior change, track success story, internal case building, training metrics analysis, quarterly training report etc.
? Fully support all BU plants, frequent traveler to plants
? KCM learning module administrator and super user; learning materials management, both on-line and off-line materials
? Web-based monthly HR Power Hour support, communicate with trainer and participants, set-up the call, track feedback etc.
? Quarterly and yearly HR conference and events like HR town hall meetings, KHRI, regional HR conference and other global signature leadership program run in Shanghai, big leadership development initiatives support, like Talent Champion etc.
? Assessment (HMM) administrator
? Independently lead or co-lead employee relation activity such as Health Check, Cross Function Outing, Annual Party and some Stewardship activities

? Ad Hoc projects or other tasks assigned by supervisor


RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

? Reports to HR Mgr-Training, ASPAC Corp Services

? Frequent contact with HR staff across the region (RCS, KCI, 11 plants in China, BU in Singapore, Thailand, New Zealand, Korea etc.)

? Frequent contact with K&B Asia HR Communication team


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

? College or above graduate with good organizational skills.

? >5 years previous experience in training industry is preferred.

? Good English, oral and written skills

? Familiar with MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software

? Excellent interpersonal skills, especially influencing skills

? Strong service-minded, accountability

? Good at handling multi-tasks
