Responsibilities:
-Management, tracking and follow up of requests received via sgsco’s ServiceNow online support management system, or via telephone.
-Escalation of support requests to technical (development) support, based in the UK, and subsequent management / follow up with development and the original customer’s request.
-Implement and monitor strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
-Coach customers with optimal usage of system features, including proactive contact with client and internal sponsors
-Management of system training via Webex and in person sessions
-The candidate may be involved with testing new features and providing feedback to the development team.
-Liaison with the BU Director, Technology Solutions, to implement and execute related projects as necessary.
Experience and Skills:
-Background in graphics / artwork & pre-press account management
-Strong IT technical skills (although software management experience is not required, some understanding of web driven technologies would be advantageous)
-Good analytical and problem solving skills
-Strong customer facing skills
-Fluent English and Mandarin
-Any experience with Artwork Management systems such as Kodak, BLUE, Esko, etc. would be an advantage.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines is a must, as is the capability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
-Some travel will be required to sgsco’s facilities and client businesses, but is not anticipated to be a major part of the role.
