Job Scope & Main responsibility:
Tasks
.Lead CDF business development in key online platforms (Tmall, JD, ele.me, baidu waimai, meituan, etc), directly responsible for P&L
.Lead to define a robust CDF 3rd party eCommerce business strategy as well as comprehensive execution plan to achieve CDF 3rd party online aspirations -KPI’s-
.Lead to build strong strategic partnership with key eCommerce platforms (Tmall , JD) to purse joint collaborative efforts
Sales Strategy
.Propose to solid line report and E-commerce Manager the promotional plan for the assigned customers at the central level to implement the strategic goals set for the business growth
Sales Forecast, Budget and Objectives
.Propose a Sales Budget (volumes, trade spending, etc.) for the E-Key Accounts assigned
.Allocate E-KA volumes and trade spending budgets
.Monitors Sales Targets achievement on monthly bases and proposes revision where necessary (volumes, profits)
.Monitors Profit and Loss in the E-Key Accounts assigned
.Forecast promotional sku quantities
Customer Plans for the customers assigned
.Analyzes current Customer Performance and defines future Business Opportunities
.Defines Customer-specific Goals and Strategy
.Defines Action Plan by Customer Groups.
Negotiation Activities with the customers assigned
.Defines and Negotiates Contracts with the Customers/3rd party platforms assigned
.Develops with the support of E-Trade Marketing, specific Sales Arguments to achieve the Strategic Goals of the customers assigned
Spending
.Keeps spending within the Guidelines established by CDF’s Policy
.Ties spending to specific Business-driving Activities (Promotions, 2nd Placements, etc.) and its success.
.Analyses spending and ensures the best ROI
Deployment & Control
.Monitors Sales and KPIs
.Maintain the assigned assortment through on time listing and code opening
Qualifications:
.5+ years of experience on Digital and E-commerce related functions and proficiency in 3rd party ecommerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Meituan, Elle…) focusing on online sales, brand enhancement (SEO-SEM), O2O activation.
.Hands-on entrepreneurial mindset, combined with the ability to see the "big picture" and to lead transformation "project" from inception to implementation, achieving KPI’s goals.
.Strong business acumen and a genuine interest in F&B industry, with always in mind the need to measure and generate strong return on investment for any digital plan or action implemented in 3rd party ecommerce platforms.
.Strong commercial drive, and able to create powerful online/offline synergies.
. (very important) Strong connections in 3rd party ecommerce platforms to obtain the best possible deals and positioning within those platforms.
.Is able to communicate in English -at least- at a basic level
Not mandatory -but important- .Loves bakery products.

1.5年的相关经验,对第三方电子商务平台定价、运营等非常熟悉。
