职位描述：
The Senior Account Executive person will support Account Director/Account Manager to serve as the primary business contact for our clients globally and locally. Main responsibilities will be daily support to the account team, internal and external communications and project management. The role will require strong responsibilities, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide general day to day support to Account management team
2. Daily communicate and build close relationship with clients
3. Act as a liaison across different departments internally and externally, develop accurate and realistic briefs as necessary, coordinate with different parties to collect useful information
4. Assist in preparing proposals, reports and project outlines
5. Assist project leader to work on project budget and review contracts
6. Provide corrective guidance in project implementation

Qualifications required:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. over 2 years experience as AE in relevant industry (eg. advertising / digital/communication / marketing )
3. Detail oriented, self-motivated, team player, being enthusiastic and outgoing with strong responsibilities
4. Sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, logical thinking
6. Excellent organization and time management skills, being efficient
7. Excellent desktop research skills
8. Good Microsoft office skills
9. Quick learner in relevant technology and marketing knowledge
10. Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English and Mandarin
11. Accept flexible working time and OT
12. Digital marketing experience is highly preferred
