职位描述：
Sourcing Engineer

1. General duties/主要职责:
a. Identify, Analyze, evaluate, audit and monitor suppliers; develop supplier strategies based on company-wide requirements; chose suppliers and draft, negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements
b. Responsible for all the Purchasing process like RFQ, cost analysis, negotiations and other commercial tasks.
c. Define and implement measures for supplier development and qualification
d. Analyze and monitor relevant markets and develop market strategies
e. Cooperate with cross-functional departments
f. Responsible for the implementation of defined measures
Tasks in operating cycle/具体工作:
a. Responsible for electronic parts sourcing activities including all purchasing processes like RFQ, cost evaluation, negotiation and contracts etc.
b. Electric commodity supplier developing and monitoring and risk controlling
c. Define and implement key measures for electric commodity to optimize the cost
d. All SAP relevant data maintenance and Purchasing key data analysis
Regular report to Superior to follow up all the key measures and responsible for the result to achieve target
Profile of qualification
College or University degree in Mechanical/industrial engineering or similar
Several years’ work experience in purchasing with a focus on the fields Cable&Harness or electrical system, additional experience in motor or similar commodity will be preferred.
Knowledge concerning markets, suppliers, technology and production techniques as well as material knowledge
Knowledge of the relevant legislation, contract law
Familiarity with cost breakdown calculation methods
Confident user skills in MS Office as well as in SAP
Fluency in written and spoken English
Knowledge about Import/Export will be advantageous
