 Job Description:

职位描述：

• Maintaining customers on proper use and care of Miele products.

  指导客户正确的使用和维护美诺电器

• Providing application training of Miele products to customer

  向顾客提供美诺电器培训

• Handling typical business cases to ensure satisfaction of consumers, e.g. Service requests, Complaints, Orders, Information requests, Arrange appointments with the consumer

  处理常见的业务情况以确保消费者的满意度，例如:服务需求，投诉，订单，信息请求，为消费者预订

• Selling Miele accessories, care collection and service products.

  销售美诺附件、清洁护理产品和其它服务产品

• Make call centre activities related reports.

  制作呼叫中心活动相关报告

• Conduct happy call and generate customer satisfaction KPI report

  拨打happy call收集顾客的满意度KPI报告

• Backup of Service Admin (Spare parts management, Maintain consumer database)

      支持服务助理的后勤工作（备件管理，维护消费者的数据库）

    

Qualification

职位要求:

• High consumer orientation

  客户服务导向

• Excellent communication skills – pleasure to interact with consumers and customers

良好的沟通技巧——乐于与消费者及顾客互动

• Ability to cope with demanding situations

  能够应对苛刻的情况

• Helpfulness/focus on problem solving

  擅长处理问题

• Be patient, hard working

  耐心极致，工作努力

• College degree or above

  大专及以上学历

• Working experience of sales assistant, customer service or online sales will be preferred

  有销售助理，客服及线上销售工作经验的优先
