职位描述：
Objectives:
This position is responsible for developing annual audit plan, managing internal audit in line with the annual audit plan and reviewing specific business areas and assessing the adequacy and appropriateness of the risk controls in place across Brilliance BEA AFC business portfolio.

Job responsibilities:
? Assist senior internal audit manager developing annual audit plan, determining and applying an appropriate audit approach, procedures consistent with internal audit methodology.
? Conduct independent internal audit project in line with the company and regulatory requirements and clear audit reports to ensure high quality and compliance with internal audit standards.
? Follow up audit on management action plan implementation status to mitigate identified risks.
? Pro-actively and effectively manage different opinions that might arise between key parties during the audit. Work closely with key partners to drive resolution of identified risk issues on timely manner.
? Other duties or ad hoc audits as assigned


Job requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, qualification of CIA, CISA or equivalent will be a plus
? Familiar with automotive finance industry or commercial bank industries or big 4 experience in such industry
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
? High motivation and commitment to achieve audit objectives and deadlines in a team environment

? Strong communications skills
