Farm Performance:
– Production of weekly and monthly farm performance reports, insights and commentary
– Challenge and report on financial implications of farm optimisation decisions and choices.
– Undertake analysis of changes to farm systems on productivity, feed compositions and financial performance
– Assess implication for capital costs of proposed changes to farm operations management
– Provide commercial support for analysis on options regarding milk pricing, milk sales and procurement structures
Business Planning
– Work with the Farm Performance Manager to support the analysis of the business plans for the business within overall timeframes and requirements.
– Support the annual budget process for the businesses P&L activities ensuring appropriate sign offs
– Support and analyse financial forecasting processes (i.e. monthly results, gross margin analysis, CPL, KPI’s, insights, etc) and identify risks and opportunities in delivering the full year EBIT targets.
– Work and support Performance and Consolidation Manager to identify opportunities to improve the processes and analysis that ensures ‘best practice’ business performance management underpins the delivery of the IFV’s strategic objectives.
– Work with sales team to analyze and understand secondary and primary sales analysis and ensure integration into monthly analysis
– Support the wider finance team as a user for HFM, SAP, BPC and other systems.
Commercial Insight
– As a key member of the Int. Farming Ventures team, contribute to deliver the strategic objectives through the proactive and collaborative provision of robust commercial analysis and data (historical, trend analysis, future projections etc.)
– Support, plan, drive and control the key strategic projects (internal investment, external acquisition and other partnerships etc) to achieve projects goals against planned resources and timelines. Work closely with various functional teams and business units in International Farming to ensure in-time quality execution.
要求：
Education：
Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting or related discipline
Experience：
Excellent problem solving skills, proven ability in quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
Ability to interpret and disseminate complex information to a wide range of audiences including non-technical and/or non-farming audiences
Technical Functional：
Expertise 3 – 5 years experience in forecasting and commercial analysis of operational opportunities
Preparation and development of financial and commercial performance reports
Developing and using budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and performance monitoring tools using Excel
Familiar with use of financial reporting systems such as SAP
Industry Experience：
Large scale agribusiness or farm system analysis and performance monitoring experience (>NZD10m revenue p/a)
