3Shape seeks Global IT Support Specialist

3Shape is a global, ambitious and fast growing company, known internationally as a leader in the field of digital dentistry. Our Global IT Team is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to aid in our dynamic growth.
As a 3Shape IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for 1st line end users’ support, which includes solving daily problems with software and hardware, preparing workstations, and setting up and troubleshooting user accounts and permissions management within our IT systems. You will be part of a diverse, energetic and global IT team, counting colleagues from Denmark, Ukraine, Poland, China and the US. The team provides services to our 1000+ colleagues in offices throughout the world. You will be part of an innovative company that is always seeking out new technologies and IT solutions to best support our processes and our businesses, to help improve the care of patients.
The new IT Support Specialist will be located in 3Shape’s China facility in Shanghai, China and will report to the IT Manager in Denmark.

Your Profile
? You are familiar with Microsoft operating systems, where you will solve typical, daily issues with applications and drivers.
? You have basic knowledge of the Windows server environment (scheduled task management, creating DHCP reservations, network folder sharing)
? You are familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
? You have basic knowledge about LANs, connectivity issues and troubleshooting methods.
? You are familiar with Active Directory service, giving you fluency in managing user accounts and security groups.
? Knowledge of SharePoint and SCCM will be an advantage.
? You have an IT educational background and 3+ years of experience.
? You are dynamic, systematic and see problem solving as a fun challenge.
? Excellent organizational skills.
? Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing.
? Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques.
? Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative.
? Ability to plan and prioritize work load with minimal supervision.

Your Responsibility
? Set up equipment for employee use, performing proper installation of operating systems and appropriate software.
? Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to operating systems, applications and hardware.
? Access rights and permissions management.
? Users/Objects management in Active Directory and Exchange.
? Co-operating with suppliers and keeping IT stock in order.
? Working with assets evidence and keeping it up to date.
