职位描述：
1) Required training and education:
1.Bachelor or above degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Software, IT, Automatic)
2) Required professional experience (in years):
1.Several years of professional experience, in the field of research and development (R & D), ideally in medical device.
2.At least 3 years’ experience in project management, not necessary as a full time PM , leading a technical team is preferred.
3) Important personal qualities:
1.Previous experience in a multi-national company
2.Expertise in project management as well as professional use of all relevant methods on project planning, controlling, and evaluation
3.Must be self-motivated, taking ownership and the ability to handle a wide variety of work assignments while meeting tight timelines.
4.Very good communication skills and ability to deal with conflict, strong evaluation and decision-making skills as well as the ability to delegate
5.Structured work approach, process oriented person
4) Other specialized knowledge:
a) Technical knowledge
1.Knowledge in the areas of software, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, system engineering, dialysis procedures
2.Knowledge of applications relevant to R & D (such as risk management, requirements management, etc.)
b) Languages
1.Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
2.German is nice to have
c) IT skills
1.Good at using Word, Excel, PPT, etc
d) Product knowledge
1.Nice to have Hemodialyis knowledge
5 ) Special personal requirements:
1.Willingness to international travels
