1. 根据公司的战略决策、品牌策略和方向,全面负责公司的活动策划等各项工作;
2. 负责研究、制订和实施公司年度预算及年度市场推广策划方案,及时对市场营销方案做出调整和优化;
3. 负责公司门店日常的运营、维护、管理工作;
4. 建立和完善门店工作流程以及制度规范,培养下属,定期对门店进行培训;
5. 负责利润指标的设定、市场规划以及团队建设;
6. 熟悉新老店铺装饰等一系列工作,具有团队组建与管理协调经验;
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历,项目管理类、工商管理类等相关专业;
2、具有一定的项目管理知识,5年餐饮或贸易管理经验;
3、带领过20人以上的团队,以及强烈的责任感和敬业精神;
4、良好的计划、沟通、组织协调能力;
5、有餐饮行业经验的优先;
6、英语听说写良好的优先;
7、沪籍或有海外学习工作背景经验的优先;
LePIN is one of the leading trading group of natural and organic frozen foods serving the greater China market. Reporting to the Chief Operation Officer, this is a key leadership position in the Operations Team. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for leading a multi-level Management effort, including people, process, and technology enablement. This role will collaborate with numerous internal partners, including Merchandising Operations procurement leads (e.g. Space, Price), Trading Managers, and Technology leads to help ensure the successful implementation of product delivery. The Operations Coordinator will lead the Process and various teams, promoting a collaborative culture by building clear, consistent and iterative procedures, creating alignment across multiple teams, preventing silo or duplicate work, and forming a center of excellence around process development and project management at LePIN. This role will also lead the retail team, focusing on high priority challenges or work streams across the special functions. This role is located in the company’s Head Office in Shanghai, China.
Responsibilities:
? Lead the Operations and act as the primary business leader for planning and managing the merchandising implementation.
? Partner with the Technology Team and Infor Product Program leaders to scope, prioritize, roadmap and oversee technology development for Retail Management.
? Manage the operations team, ensuring merchandising projects are effectively scoped, resourced and managed.
? Manage the operations team, ensuring clear, effective and efficient Merchandising processes.
? Manage the special task team, building out the capability and defining processes for intake, prioritization and project transitions.
? Develop strong partnerships with 3rd parties and e-commerce teams (e.g., Retail Operations, Regional Operations, Member Services, Change Enablement) to keep work aligned, identify gaps, foster collaboration/learnings, and actively prevent silo/duplicate work so as to ensure the effective delivery of operation management.
? Develop Teams and Team Members including team culture, development and coaching, and performance management.
? Act as a change agent across all teams and help Team Members understand and manage through significant organizational change.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree; MBA or comparable work experience a plus
? 8+ years of relevant experience including leadership in strategizing, developing and managing complex revenue-driving projects.
? 4 years leadership experience.
? Broad understanding of Retail Management processes including seasonal Planning, Pricing, Promotions, and Space.
? Experience implementing complex change and acting as business lead for technology implementations.
? Experience in building out Centers of Excellence.
? Ability to lead and motivate Team Members and partners, especially those in Project roles, to advance projects amid complexity and ambiguity.
? Comfortable in a decentralized structure where results are based on cooperation, collaboration, and influence of others.
? Ability to present ideas, conclusions, and recommendations with clarity to diverse audiences. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
? Business maturity and the ability to offer sound recommendation and make key decisions.
? Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions.
? Excellent organization and time management skills. Strong project management or operations background.
? Proven negotiation and troubleshooting skills with a high attention to detail.
? Ability to form strong partnerships and create common ground with multiple stakeholders across the company to ensure the effective delivery of operation Management.
