职位描述：
Develop leadership, lean concept, high performance sense, and problem solving, especially in production, to ensure the production performance
Participate in top management regular communication
Coordinate and organize each optimizing project for regional operations as team leader.
Help to set up serial of standards for operations on the level of value added, material flow and information flow.
support lower level management and employees in problem solving and Shop floor management
Sustain and improve the OPEX approach, develop management knowledge of the OPEX methods and principles, to meet OPEX requirement on a long-term view.
Be permanent moderator for continuous leadership improvement
Implementation of a sustainable management platform in all necessary departments within production. This includes KPI system, production communication daily follow up, KPI visualization, auditing, regular meetings etc.
Sustain and improve the OPEX, develop management knowledge of the OPEX methods and principles, to meet OPEX requirement on a long-term view.
