职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责董事长的日常行程安排，包括来访接待、商务随行等；
2、负责董事长办公室的公文写作及文件管理，确保材料信息准确无误；
3、协助董事长安排各项会议，负责会议内容的记录与整理，并负责会后的跟进与督办；
4、协助董事长处理外部关系，包括政府部门、重要客户以及合作企业；
5、负责董事长办公室的来访预约和来客接待；
6、保持董事长办公室的环境整洁，维护办公设备的正常运行；
7、完成董事长交待的其它工作；

任职要求：
1、全日制本科学历，市场营销或秘书行政等相关专业，
2、具备较强的文案能力，精通各种公文、协议及专业性报告的撰写；
3、形象气质较佳，工作细致严谨，善于人际沟通；
4、具备良好的组织协调、对外公关和计划与执行的能力
