1.认真贯彻执行园区的经营管理方针、政策、指示、规定，努力搞好园区物业管理工作。
2.定期提交有关物业管理的工作计划，实现各项目标。
3.建立完善的管理组织机构及制度，监督和考核物业团队人员，并在实践中不断根据管理计划、目标和工作成效，调整管理体系。
4.经常巡视管理区内外各场所，项目各部门工作情况，检查服务质量，及时发现问题、积极解决问题。
5.督促属下的管理人员的日常工作，检查各项工作的落实完成情况，并正确评价、培训管理人员，做好人员的考核工作。
6、严格规范管理，全面负责项目的物业服务质量标准，达到物业服务合同的约定。
任职要求：
28周岁以上；
全日制本科或以上学历，物业管理、酒店管理等相关专业毕业，具备相关专业资质证书；
5年及以上大型（100000㎡以上）物业项目或星级酒店同等职位工作经验。
具备项目组织、规划、统筹等优秀的综合事务处理能力；
具备优秀的商务谈判与沟通交流等公共关系能力。
