1. 技校以上学历（含技校），机械或制造专业
2. 至少一年以上工厂QC工作经验，能熟练、准确使用各种量具和投影仪，会盐雾测试操作
3. 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能服从公司的安排
4. 能熟练使用Office软件，有一定的英文读写能力，能独立读懂简单的英文图纸
5. 为人正直、勤奋，有责任心，有较强的品质意识，有较强的文字表达能力

工作描述：
1. 负责来料检验、测试及相关工作
2. 严格按照图纸检验产品，实施各项SOP，保证检验及相关工作正确无误
3. 保证每批来料质量检验报告的真实性，确保检验记录的完整性
4. 发现来料异常时，及时向公司内部团队反馈不良信息，并对不良品进行跟踪
5. 了解FAI提交流程，负责完成新产品的FAI报告并进行归档
6. 负责测量设备的校验，及仪校报告的管理
7. 负责来料不良品及客户退回的不良品的管理
8. 建立来料检验清单，对来料批号进行追踪管理
9. 在认证完成QC各项工作的基础上，有组织地参加相关技术改进工作
10. 认真完成上级领导安排的其他工作

Title: Quality Inspector

Job Requirement
1. At least from Technical School, with Mechanical engineering background.
2. At least one year of working experience in QC e***ironment, able to use calipers, micrometers, vision inspection machine, salt spray tester and hardness testing and preparation.
3. Able to communicate well with others with Team work and able to adapt to the company’s change of arrangement
4. Familiar with Office software and able to read English and able to understand the drawing in English
5. Trustworthy, hardworking and responsible personality is a must and able to uphold the quality importance on the products, furthermore ability to express well is a critical.

Job Description
1. In-charge of the incoming inspection, First Article Inspection, testing and related works.
2. Base on the drawings to inspect the products with the correct SOP and to ensure the product related quality are correct.
3. Ensure that every incoming batch inspection is measured properly and with a properly recorded data.
4. Keeping track of the list of incoming items to enable future traceability.
5. When defective is detected, inform the inter department on the detection.
6. Understand the FAI submission procedure, new product qualification with FAI with tracking and record
7. Ability to join in the technical improvement whenever possible.
8. Routine mainte***ce of the inspection equipment and if there is any failure will need to inform the Quality Engineer (QE)
9. Follow instruction from the QE/Supervisor/manager.
