工作职责Job Responsibilities
1.加工件质量监控
Control the machined part quality ?
2.协调进行检验等工作,及时将检验员的检验结果反馈给采购和车间。
Arrange the inspection work and timely feedback test result to the purchasing & workshop.
3.针对不合格品与工程部和采购部协调沟通,出具解决方案。
Communicate with engineering department &purchasing department to deal with the unqualified product and give a plan.
4.分析零部件及产品质量状态,跟踪、监督后续改进措施。
Analyze component and product quality status. Tracking and supervising the follow-up improvement measures.
5. 加工件采购machined part purchase ?
6.明确被采购的 物料的需求、期限和质量要求以及服务,并选择潜在供应商。
Clarify requirements, deadlines and quality requirements of the components to be procured and services and select potential suppliers.
7.订单下达、订单控制和成本/发票核对(日期、数量、成本)。
Order release, order control and cost / invoice check (date, quality, costs).
8.检查、完成并更正技术资料,以及设计最优化可实行的说明书。
Check, complete and correct technical documentation and design specifications for optimal practicability.
9.创建特定产品的计算文档和指导方针。
Creation of product-specific calculation documents and guidelines.
10.基于数据库以一张照片作为计算的基础。
Performing a photo based database as a basis for calculating.

12.执行供应商评估和审查。
Implementation of supplier evaluation, audits.
13.对设计变更、成本计算提出建议,确定存储量,促进使用新的处理方法,组织生产检验对采购件控制,接收测试协议,监督并分析检验结果。
Offer proposal on design exchange and cost calculation. To confirm storage, promote the new processing method is used and organize production inspection. Incoming part control, receive the test protocol, monitor and analyze results.
14.针对样品等特殊加工件向供应商提出质量要求,索要相应质量文件报告。
Set up some quality requirement and let supplier provide relevant quality reports.
工作要求 Job Requirements
1.本科及以上学历,工业工程、机械自动化工程相关专业。
Colleague degree or above, major in mechanical design or mechatronics
2.2年以上质量管理工作经验, 欢迎应届毕业生。
2 years working experience in machining industry. Fresh graduate is welcome.
3.对供应商抑价、技术、生产能力和质量标准的选择。执行供应商评估和审查。
Selection of supplier underpricing, technological, capacitive and qualitative criteria. / Implementation of supplier evaluation, audits.
4.具有优秀的英语听说读写能力。
Proficiency in both oral and written English Groomed / clean and confident appearance
5. 优秀的沟通及协调能力,优秀的团队管理经验,有责任心,能承受一定的工作压力;有驾照。
