工作职责：
? 拜访客户，参加项目方案和客户需求分析会议。
? 撰写项目可行性报告。
? 分析业务步骤和流程。
? 利用自身技术专长，为客户提供满足商业挑战和目标所需的、创造性的解决方案。
? 为客户演示、讲解解决方案。
? 将技术要求和限定条件，翻译成客户能理解的语言文字。
? 创建技术规范文件。
? 与项目经理及其他相关人员紧密合作，完成系统开发和实施。
? 作为开发团队和客户之间的技术联系人。
? 运用技术领导力，领导和处理架构、设计、开发和解决项目技术问题。
? 工作需要时，愿意出差。

任职资格：
? IT、经济、工程等相关专业，大学本科以上学历。
? 具有3年以上，软件支持、方案架构、项目实施、专业服务等领域的工作经验。
? 较强的组织和沟通能力，能同时处理多个客户请求。
? 理解客户需求，能用易懂的语言，与客户及项目团队沟通技术方案。
? 有企业级软件实施经验 - 尤其是金融服务行业。
? 有系统集成、架构设计、系统问题解决、软件开发和编写代码的工作背景。
? 具有设计业务流程模型、使用通用建模工具的系统架构师经验。
? 理解架构师如何与其他软件开发角色协作，特别是项目经理、业务分析师和开发人员等。
? 具有金融服务行业知识者，优先。
? 具有客户沟通管理软件知识和经验者，优先。

Responsibilities:
? Visiting client on-site for proposals and requirements meetings
? Developing projects feasibility reports
? Analyzing business processes and flows
? Providing creative solutions to business challenges and goals utilizing business and technology expertise
? Presenting solutions to the client
? Translating technical requirements or limitations into words a business user can understand
? Create Technical Specification Document
? Work closely with Project Manager and other stakeholders for system implementation and development
? Technical solution liaise between development team and business users
? Lead and handle architecture, design, development and issue resolution, with technical leadership
? Travel as needed to support the organization’s engagements

Requirements:
? University degree or college diploma in the field of IT and/or Economics and/or Engineering.
? Prior above 3 years working experience in a client facing software support, Architect, or professional services role.
? Solid organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple client requests.
? Ability to communicate technical solutions with client and project team, in his or her own language with a high degree of common understanding.
? Experience of participation in Enterprise Software Implementation – preferably within Financial Services Industry.
? Experience in system integration, architecture design, system issue troubleshooting and software development.
? Experience in developing business process models and using recognized modelling tools as System Architect.
? Understanding of the role of an Architect in relation to the other roles in a SW development, in particular Project manager, Business analyst and Developers.
? Financial Services Industry knowledge is a plus.
? Customer Communication Management Software knowledge and experience is nice to have.
