Company Description:

Job Responsibilities:
Supervising, advising, professional and personal guiding and motivating the trainees during the entire time of training in the Taicang plant
Creating job charts for each trainee after clarification with the school and the practical possibilities in the plant and at the construction site
Individual support of trainees with communication problems or learning difficulties
Judging and assessing the performance, the learning progress, as well as the behavior of trainees and planning and applying required measures for securing the training success
Performing selection methods, recruiting tests and personal talks for future trainees and selecting in agreement with the management
Regular clarification and close contact with the training manager
Organizing and performing information events (marketing)
Assistant department leader finish "next year employee career plan" every end of year
Set up reasonable training plan include internal and external
Basic recruitment work.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the training department.
Distinct organising ability
Special interest in working together with young, motivated people
Command of business fluent English and/or German are of advantage
Advanced knowledge of presentation technology
Advanced knowledge of MS office
Teamwork abilities
Communication & coordination skills
Personal responsibility
Maintain a professional appearance.
Maintain a professional, courteous attitude
