Job Title: Specialist Business Partner

Job Responsibilities:
- Support HR Manager to provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including workforce planning, recruiting, coaching, leadership and skill training, performance management employee relations, compensation, retention, organizational design/change and terminating employment as appropriate, etc.
- Work closely with line department and acting as line HR specialist for all HR support activities
- Conduct recruiting activities according to planning and make sure the recruitment process are fully implemented and followed.
- Make sure the quality, quantity and speed of the new recruitment can fullfill recruitment KPI
- Analyze of successful and failure cases so as to adjust the channels and sources.
- Make sure all the valuable information are properly filled and make monthly report
to the supervisor in time.
- Coordinate and share the resources with colleagues for the effective recruitment.
- Partner with managers to achieve effective employee engagement and retention
- Help with interpretation and implementation of programs, policies and procedures
Requirements:
above 3 years working experiences in HR field in a multinational company.
College degree or above in Human Resources or business oriented.
Know-how ( Staffing Knowledge, interview skills and other HR issues)
Communicative, Planning and problem solving
Fluent English and Computer skills
