Job Duties
? Determine SMVs and set-p production target and planning
? Map accurate current capacity and efficiency of the factories
? Secure long term capacity growth of KAS by securing capacities with factories
? Work directly or indirectly with factories to improve efficiency by setting Standard Operating Procedures
? Setup and develop capacity assurance capability and teams across all key manufacturing regions – ensuring adequate capacity for different price tiers and levels of product complexity
? Collaborate and provide advice to sourcing teams towards optimising utilisation levels of KAS’ factory capacity
? Quarterly analysis on capacity utilisation, efficiency performance of factories and advise improvements
? Implementation of a Lean culture and methodology

Requirements
? Minimum of 10 years of experience in Industrial engineering role in garment/ footwear manufacturing and should have lead the team
? Industrial Engineering qualification in garment manufacturing
? Lean qualifications and/or a working knowledge of Lean principles.
? Experience in measuring and improving efficiency of factory
? Must have determined SMVs based on international tools like GSD, time and motion study etc.
? Experience in lean transformation
? Solid industry knowledge of manufacturing techniques, standard operating procedures, factory setup and optimisation of production lines; international experience would be highly regarded.
? Understanding and interest for modern manufacturing concepts such as use of automation in garment manufacturing, factory management systems and 3D product development tools
