Reports to
? Country IT Manager
Other stakeholders:
? Internal: Business teams, Central IT operations teams, PO Support, IT Helpdesk
? External: IT vendors in the country
Accountability
The Country IT Officer is accountable to:
? Offer good & timely support for the end users to solve the issues/requests
? Manage the running of a proper server room; interact with the local IT vendors
Main Responsibilities
? Perform Incident Management - First line support for Office Users
? Provide remote support via telephone, email & the internet where applicable
? Maintain a clear line of communication and visibility of workload with the main IT office, based in Stockholm;
follow global standards, policies and procedures

Knowledge & Skill requirements
? Knowledge about the Windows environment
? Knowledge about HP Service manager or similar Incident management tool
? General IP Networking
? Service minded to Internal customers, cooperation skills are important
? General networking support and monitoring tools
? Basic ITIL knowledge
? Basic Infrastructure knowledge and system room management
? Service minded and a good communicator
? Substantial knowledge of IT support and operations
? Good understanding of relevant technical platforms, including Microsoft Office and operating systems
? Comfortable with working in a global and multi-cultural environment
? Aware of local needs and solutions that fit the central IT strategy
Excellent written and spoken English
