职位描述：
Purpose of Job/Role工作职责及范围:

1.New supplier developing (mainly focus on fabrication supplier)新供应商开发（主要为加工件）
?Develop new supplier when as required.根据需要，开发新供应商
?Search and contact the potential supplier from proper way.用合适的方式查找与联系潜在供应商
?Evaluate the new potential supplier together with other team member, and to fill the evaluation form where except the quality items.与其他成员一起评审潜在供应商并完成评审表
?Arrange potential supplier to provide the FA sample and manage its progress.安排提交FA，并跟进进度
?Complete new supplier developing procedure to make sure introducing enough qualified suppliers in efficient way.以高效方式完成新供应商开发程序来确保导入足够的合格供应商

2. Supplier Delivery -take over all purchasing business after PO released.负责下单后所有采购事务的处理
?Manage the Open PO list, follow up the supplier’s progress and update the Open PO list.管理Open Po 清单，跟进供应商的生产进度并更新
?Keep frequently contact with supplier to push them for meeting the promised delivery date.经常与供应商联系并确保按期交货
?Solve the delivery issue.解决发货问题
?Make sure that the Delay of delivery no impact the project progress.确保发货延迟不影响项目进度

3. Supplier improvement &development except the suppliers of S-part and direct parts负责除标准件和直采件外的供应商改进与发展
4. Deal with enquiries and issues解决所有内外部的询问与问题
5. Make SC report & list and documentations 制作采购相关报告&清单和文件
6. Handle on importing & exporting matter and goods local package,delivery and logistics.负责进出口所有事务与国内发货&包装&物流
7. Invoice and payment负责采购发票核对与问题处理
8. Temporary take over the purchaser’s duty when she is on leave.在采购员休假的情况下暂时代理其工作
9. Complete the other tasks which the direct superior assign.完成其它直接止上司交代的工作

Qualifications任职资格:
· Must Mechanics\automation\mechatronics educational background. 必须为机械、自动化、机电一体化相关专业大专以上背景
· 5 years working experience in industrial purchasing environment, and at least 3 years working experience on machining\metal-sheet or welding product purchasing.5年工业企业采购工作经验，至少3年机加工、钣金或焊接件采购经验
· Must understand the drawing.必须会看图纸
· Can at least read and write in English.英语至少能读与写
· Familiar with the office software, especially Excel.熟悉办公软件，特别是Excel.
